Preparing Vegetables -
Saute boiled vegetables in a pan with little amount of oil and salt and keep aside.
Saute onions, tomatoes, spinach, potatoes (each separately) on a grilling plate with little oil and salt. Add a little garlic while cooking spinach. Keep aside. - 2
For paneer -
Marinate cut paneer pieces with all the ingredients mentioned above and cook for 5 minutes on a grilling plate. Keep it aside. - 3
For rice -
Add butter in a pan and add boiled rice. Sprinkle salt, pepper and parsley. Mix it well and keep it aside. - 4
For butter garlic sauce -
Add butter in a pan and add garlic clove to it and a little water. To make it thick add cornflour and keep it aside - 5
Assembling-
Now heat the sizzler plate for 15 minutes and place cabbage leaves on it. Assemble all the vegetables and rice on the plate. Garnish with butter garlic sauce and serve hot. - 6
