Melt butter in sauce pan over med. heat.

Add quinoa & toast.

Stir occasionally, until lightly browned. About 5min.

Stir in broth& bring to a boil.

Reduce to simmer, cover & simmer, cook 15min. or until quinoa is tender.

In a bowl, toss quinoa together with garlic, parsley, thyme, salt & onion.

Sprinkle with lemon juice & serve.
