Steps

Drain the garbanzo beans and reserve the liquid to use in place of the water. Reserve half of the lemon juice.

Add all ingredients (except for the reserved lemon juice) to a food processor. Pulse until smooth.

Taste and adjust lemon juice, salt, and add more liquid if needed.

I added a pinch of cayenne pepper.
