Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add flour and lemon pepper to a large Ziploc bag. Seal bag and shake to mix.
- 2
Add one filet to bag. Seal and shake to coat filet. Repeat for all filets.
- 3
Alternatively: You can cut you fillets into bite size pieces and coat them that way. I find the kids prefer them this way. Also makes great bites for fish tacos this way.
- 4
In a deep fryer let temperature rise to 350°F. Deep fry filet one at a time for 4 minutes, and they start to turn golden.
- 5
If you deep fryer is large enough you can do more than one. But do not let filets touch while cooking.
