Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbSliced chicken
  • 1 cloveMinced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tspSeason Salt
  • 1 1/2 tspCumin
  • 1/2 tspChili powder
  • 1/2 tspRed pepper
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 2 tbspFresh lime juice
  • 1Yellow onion

Steps

    Mix garlic, salt, cumin, chili powder, pepper, lime juice and oil

    Marinade chicken for at least 2 hours

  3. 3

    Slice onions and peppers

  4. 4

    Sauté chicken about 10 mins
