  • 500 gmcauliflower
  • 250 gmonion
  • 100 gmcapsicum
  • 1tOmato
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 50 gmcornflour
  • 1 tspmaida
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt
  • Soya sauce
  • Chilli sauce
  • Tomato sauce
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • leavesFew coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    First hum gobhi ko bare bare tukro may cut karnge. Fir capsicum aur onion and tamoto ko bhi cut karnge. Uske baad ek bowl may gobhi ko lnge usme cornflour and made aur haf salt dalkar mix karnge.

    Fir ek kadhi may oil dalkar garamkar lnge. Fir sare gobhi ko hum deep fry kar lnge. Uske baad ek dusre fry pan may 2tsp oil dalnge.

    Fir 1tsp ginger 1tsp garlic paste add karnge uske cut hum onion aur capsicum dalnge aur fry karte rehna hai fir tomato. Dein salt and tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soya sauce add karnge.

    Uske baad us fry gobhi ko us us gravy may dalnge. upper se thora chaat masala add karnge. Thora sa coriander leaves se decorate karnge. Aur garma garamserve karnge
