Ingredients

2 servings
  • For vermicelli cup or nest:-
  • 200 gmvermicelli sevai
  • 2 tbspcondensed milk
  • 1 tspghee
  • To make srikhand:-
  • 1 cuphung curd
  • 11/2 tbspsugar powder
  • strandsFew saffron mix in 1tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  • 4-5badam,pista
  • For garnishing:- pomegranate or saffron

Steps

  1. 1

    For nest:-take a pan add ghee and sewai,switch on the flame and roast the sewai nicely.

  2. 2

    When equally roast the sewai than add condensed milk and mix it in 1 min.

  3. 3

    Now off gas and little cool it now set the sewai in silicone mould

    Keep it in fridge for 1/2hour.

  5. 5

    For srikhand:-take a bowl add hung curd,sugar cardamom, saffron milk and chopped badam mix it well.

    Sewai cups remove from fridge

  7. 7

    Pour srikhand in cups.Garnish with pomegranate and badam and saffron strands.

    Serve chilled
