Ingredients

2 cupcooked elbow macaroni
2 tbspbutter
2 tbspflour
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper
2 cupmilk
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cupshredded montery jack
1 tbspground mustard
1 tbsppaprika

Pre heat oven 375°

Melt butter in large sauce pan

Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Stir constantly until bubbly

Remove from heat and stir in milk

Take back to medium heat. Bring to a boil for 1 minute

Stir in 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, mozzarella, jack cheese and paprika and mustard.

Pour into greased casserole pan
8

Top with remainder of cheddar cheese and bake uncovered 30 minutes until top is brown
