Ingredients

  • pork loins
  • 8pork loins two inch thick
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 1/2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • pan gravy
  • 1drippings from loins
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 1/2 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tspground black pepper
  • 1 quartwater
  • 3/4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    heat pan add oil spice the loins cook covered turning every 3 minutes cook till done remove loins set aside

    keep drippings hot add flour and spices whisk till smooth add water whisk thill thickens enjoy serve with rice or potatoes
