1/2 kgKaddu
1Red pepper
3Green chillies
1 teaspoonJeera
to tasteSalt
1/2 Kachhi keri (optional)
1 tablespoonOil for tadaka

Cut kaddu in cube size.

Take a kadai, add oil, let it heat, add jeera and let it splutter.

Add kaddu to the tadaka and add red pepper, green chilies,salt and Kacchi keri too.

Cover vth lid and let it cook for 15 mins, stirring in occasionally.

Kaddu ki sabji is ready 🙂
