Combine first three ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.

In another bowl beat butter, sugars, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add eggs. One at a time beating well after each one

Add your flour mixture a little at a time. Stir in your chocolate chips and nuts.

I don't use nuts in mines so my mixture is usually a little thin but you can add a little more flour if not using any either and I usually put my mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes or less until it firms up. This is optional

Drop rounded tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.

Drink with a tall glass of milk and enjoy!
