Ingredients

  • 1 packagesknorr Alfredo pasta side
  • 1 cupcherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cupbaby spinach leaves
  • 1 cuppeeled and deveined uncooked shrimp
  • 1 tbspvegetable oil
  • 2 tbspgrated parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook package of pasta according to directions.

  2. 2

    Stir in tomatoes and spinach during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in non stick skillet and cook shrimp stirring occasionally.

  4. 4

    Combine all and sprinkle with cheese.
