Ingredients

  1. 28 can- whole peeled tomatoes
  2. 1 tbspcrushed red chile pepper
  3. 1 tbspwhole leaf oregano - crushed
  4. 2 clovegarlic - diced finely
  5. 6 stickfresh cilantro - diced
  6. 1 tspsalt - to taste
  7. 1 bunchgreen onions - diced

Steps

  1. 1

    Get the blender out

  2. 2

    Everything goes in blender except for onions

  3. 3

    Chop or auto crush setting on blender till tomatoes are crushed

  4. 4

    Pour in onions and stir with spoon for chunky salsa or blend with blender on lowest setting till stirred for smoother salsa
