Break eggs into a bowl lightly whisk with milk, salt and pepper.

Fry sausages and bacon, chop.

Combine other filling ingredients into a bowl and add fried ingredients.

Add eggs to the frying pan, wait until semi solid and add the filling ingredients to one half.

Leave for a few minutes to heat through and then flip the unfilled half of the omelette onto the filling.

Make sure everything is heated through. Get your plates out and tuck in for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
