Ingredients

  • 3 lbschicken breast
  • 2 canRotel (diced tomatoes)
  • 5Anaheim green chili
  • 2Jalapeno
  • 1Pasilla chilli
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    5 hours crockpot (high) chicken and rotel. About halfway through blacken all chilies and put in zip lock bag.

  2. 2

    At 3-3.5 hours pull out chicken and shred.

  3. 3

    Skin the chillis, cut up into pieces get rid of some seeds. Combine with the chicken.

  4. 4

    Serve with rice and refried beans. Flour tortillas.
