Ingredients

  1. 3 cupold fashioned oats
  2. 2 cupgranulated sugar
  3. 1/2 cupbutter
  4. 1/2 cupevaporated milk
  5. 1/2 cupcreamy peanut butter
  6. 3 tbspunsweetened cocoa powder
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1 tspvanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Add butter, sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and salt in a medium sized sauce pan.

    Turn on stove burner to medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Stir until butter is completely melted, and ingredients are incorporated.

  4. 4

    then bring to a boil, and boil for 2 minutes. STIR CONSTANTLY.

  5. 5

    Remove from heat.

  6. 6

    Stir in peanut butter until completely melted.

  7. 7

    Mix in vanilla and oatmeal. Make sure oatmeal is coated all the way.

  8. 8

    Quickly drop spoonfuls onto wax paper. It starts drying fast.

  9. 9

    Let sit for 45 minutes-1 hour. Serve or store in an airtight container for later.
