  • 2 lbof smoked meat (your choice)
  • 2 eachchicken boulion or seasoning
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tspcooking oil (optional)
  • 2 bunchcollard greens washed and cut up

    Boil your smoked meat until almost done

    Add rest of ingredients (collard greens first)

    Boil until greens are tender and done
