Steps

Place a piece of baking paper on the swiss roll tin and grease it well. Preheat it at 200°c

Sift the flour on a plate and set aside

With and electric beater, whisk the eggs, vanilla extract and sugar on high speed until the mixture is thick and fluffy.

Fold the sifted flour with a tablespoon.

Pour the mixture into the preheated swiss roll tin

Bake on top shelf for 7-8 minutes for 10 minutes at a 180°

Spread jam evenly all over the cske using the palette knife.

Roll up the cake tightly by lifting up the baking paper.

Cut the swiss roll into 1-cm slices evenly and serve.
