First imp thing is mixing butter and sugar i.e. creaming..

After getting a cream texture add egg one by one

You will crumbly mix,, keep mixing till smoothens

Take another add all remaining dry ingredients and whisk carefully for proper mixing..

Add slowly this mixture to wet mixture

The consistency should be such that it should not stick to hand..

You can add little extra floor if required or refrigerate if needed..

Make small bowls of this dough and keep in a preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes..

While placing balls in baking tray,, keep at least a distance of 2 inches between each bowl..

Depending on texture you want you can increase or decrease sugar and butter content.. for chewy cookies butter can be little less and also brown sugar..
