Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice flour
  • 2 tbspsoaked chanadal
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • chopped green coriander
  • 2-3finely chopped green chilli
  • leaveschopped curry
  • 1 tbsproasted white til
  • lukewarm water

Steps

  1. 1

    In lukewarm water add all thein gredients and knead it in a soft dough

  2. 2

    Cover it and keep it for an hour to rest

  3. 3

    Roll it in circle and put it on hot tava

  4. 4

    Make finger impression on roti and roast it by using oil
