Cut the strawberries and grapes into small pieces

Remove the gelatin leaves from the cold water, and submerge in 50ml boiling water

Stir the water gently until the gelatin dissolves

Add the cherries and berries juice to the boiling water solution

Put the chopped fruit into a bowl

Pour the juice mixture into the bowl over the fruit

Leave it in the fridge to set for 45-60 minutes
