  2. 200 gramssausages
  3. 1 tbsptomato paste
  4. 2 cantomato
  5. 1onion
  6. 4 clovegarlic
  7. 1basil
  8. 1salt
  9. 1pepper

Cooking Instructions

    when the water is boiling, put in some salt and the penne, cook til nearly al dente

    chop the garlics and onion finely

  3. 3

    drizzle some oil in a deep pan, stir fry the garlic and onion til fragrant

  4. 4

    put in slices of sausages, tomato paste, 2 cans of tomato, some basil

  5. 5

    seasoning with salt and pepper and a pinch of sugar for the richness, cook on medium heat for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    put the penne in the sauce pan, stir it, cook for another 5 minutes

  7. 7

    turn off the heat, serve in a big bowl
