Ingredients

1 cupBoil white chane
3boil potato cut into small cubes
4pav bun
2finely chopped tomato
2finely chopped onion
1 cupthin chopped cabbage
to tasteSalt
1/2 tspBlack pepper
1 tspBlack salt
2 tspchat masal
1/2 cupFresh Coriander chopped
1/2 cuptomato sauce
4 tspLemon juice
4 tspButter

Steps

Take a mixing bowl add all ingredients, except paw and give a nice mix, stuffing is ready.

Take paw bun, slit and keep potato chole stuffing, and roast both side on tava with butter.

Serve hot chola kulcha with tomato sauce.
