  2. 1/4rajma
  3. 1 cupfresh cream
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspnRed chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspnGaram masala
  7. 1/2 tspnDal makhani masala
  8. 3onions chopped
  9. 4tomatoes puree
  10. as neededOil
  11. 2 pinchhing
  12. 7-8 glasswater

    Dal aur rajma ko ek sath soak karein 4 hours ke liye

  2. 2

    Uske baad isko full flame gas par rakhein cooker mein dalen aur pani bhi dale 7 to 8 whistle aane de aur sim krde half an hour ke liye

  3. 3

    Ek pan le usme oil dale jab wo garam ho jaye usme hing dale aur chooped onions dale jab wo golden brown ho jaye tb usme tomatoes ki puree dale aur saare masale dal ke mix karein

    Isko tb tak bhune jab ye ghee na chhod de aur is masale ko daal mein dale achhe se mix karein daal ko sim gas par achhe se pakaye jab tak wo thick na ho jaye

    Fir isme fresh cream dale aur mix karein aut 10 min tak pakne de...
