1 1/2 bunchcilantro
1/2 tbspmustard
3/4 largejalapeno
1 cupvegetable oil
2 tbsplime juice
2 sliceonion
1egg
1/3 tbspconsome (beef seasoning)

Gather all ingredients in a blender besides the oil

Puree the ingredients for 1 minute

Slowly add the oil so the sauce gains more volume, keep doing this until all the oil has been used.

Blend on low for another minute

The sauce is done, enjoy. It goes great with steamed vegetables and rice or can be used as a dipping sauce.
