  • 1 dashor a little more of olive oil
  • 1 clovegarlic (smashed)
  • 1 pinchginger (fresh)
  • 1 slicelemon (a few)
  • 1broccoli (as much as you'd like. that goes for the rest of the veggies i'm about to list)
  • 1carrots
  • 1onions
  • 1green pepper
  • 1mushroom
  • 1any seasonings you'd like. never too much though. wouldn't want to over power all of your fresh ingredients.
