  1. 1 dashor a little more of olive oil
  2. 1 clovegarlic (smashed)
  3. 1 pinchginger (fresh)
  4. 1 slicelemon (a few)
  5. 1broccoli (as much as you'd like. that goes for the rest of the veggies i'm about to list)
  6. 1carrots
  7. 1onions
  8. 1green pepper
  9. 1mushroom
  10. 1any seasonings you'd like. never too much though. wouldn't want to over power all of your fresh ingredients.
