  1. 1

    peal dates first to remove its sour taste.

  2. 2

    remove its seed

  3. 3

    Blend dates and cold milk in the blender. then add sugar as u wish

  4. 4

    serve in a glass

  5. 5

    you may separate the remaining waste of dates and serve in separate cup with slight amount of milk and nuts
