Ingredients

  • 1 cupfine chopped spinach
  • 3/4 cupsweet corn
  • 1/2 tsprefined flour
  • 1/2 cupmozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspfine chopped garlic
  • to tasteSalt
  • Few drops of Maggie sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Blanch spinach

  2. 2

    Take a pan add butter saute garlic

  3. 3

    Roast refined flour

  4. 4

    Add 1/2glass of milk whisk very quickly and fast

  5. 5

    Add cheese whisk add salt and pepper

  6. 6

    Add spinach and corn mix well

  7. 7

    Add 2-3drops of Maggie sauce

  8. 8

    If needed add sm more milk..serve hot
