Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsfinely chopped methi leaves
  2. 1 cupgrated carrot
  3. 1/2 cupsprouted moong (if u don't want sprouts then use coarsely grinded peanuts for crunchy texture)
  4. 2green chillies finely chopped
  5. 1 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. to tasteLemon juice
  8. 1/2 tspjeera
  9. 1/2 tspmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a wok.

  2. 2

    Put jeera to crackle

  3. 3

    Then add green chilli and ginger

  4. 4

    Saute for 30 sec.add sprouts.(I keep them half cooked.depends on u if u want half cooked or fully cooked.

  5. 5

    Add carrot and methi.

  6. 6

    Cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

  7. 7

    Add salt and lemon juice

  8. 8

    Ready to serve.
