Wash the chopped methi.

Cut the potato in small cubes

Take a wok.

Add oil.

When heated put the hing and jeera into it.

Now put methi and aloo.

Add salt, redchilli powder.

Cover with the lid and simmer the gas.

After few mins open it and again stirr and mix it.

Again cover the lid.

After 5 mins put the garam masala and amchur powder.
