  • 1 boxPicante Sauce
  • 1/3 cupSour Cream
  • 4 cupEgg Noodles
  • 1 tbspParsley

    Cook beef and pour off fat.

    Add mushrooms to beef.

  3. 3

    Add picante and stir till bubbling.

  4. 4

    Add sour cream.

  5. 5

    Pour mixture over the noodles.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle on parsley.
