Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupSugar
  2. 1/2 cupBrown Sugar
  3. 1/2 cupButter
  4. 1/2 cupPeanut Butter
  5. 1 smallEgg
  6. 1 1/4 cupFlour
  7. 3/4 tspBaking Soda
  8. 1/2 tspBaking Powder
  9. 1/4 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat butter until creamy. Add sugars and beat for 2 minutes. Mix in peanut butter and egg.

  2. 2

    Mix together dry ingredients. Mix dry ingredients into first mixture.

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 300°F.

  4. 4

    Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Flatten with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes.
