Ingredients

  1. 2 cupPumpkin Seeds
  2. 1/2 cupSugar
  3. 2 tbspButter, melted
  4. 1 tbspGround Cinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove pulp and strings from pumpkin seeds.

  2. 2

    Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  3. 3

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. 4

    Toss seeds in butter to coat and put on baking sheet.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle 2T sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon, mixing the seeds.

  6. 6

    Bake for 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Repeat 2x. For 3x, bake 10 minutes.
