  • 8 mediumpotatoes
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 3/4 tspasafetita
  • 1/2 tspground rosemary
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tsptumeric
  • 2 1/2 cuplight sour cream
  • 1 tbspmelted butter
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 tspsweet paprika

    Boil potatoes

  2. 2

    Heat asafetita in oil. Add rosemary, black pepper, tumeric and fry briefly.

  3. 3

    Add sour cream melted butter salt and water. Whisk til smooth

  4. 4

    Combine with cooked potatoes and put in caserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika
