
Tomato and eggs (with optional meat)

Make scrambled eggs, add salt and sriracha to taste. Set aside.

Slice each tomato into 24 even wedges (1/2 -> 1/4 -> 1/8 -> 1/24), and slice each wedge into halves.

(Optional) Fry the ground meat until fully cooked. Season to taste.

(From step 2) Fry tomato in oil OR (From step 3) add to ground meat and fry until soft.
- 5
Add scrambled eggs, mix well with tomatoes and meat. Season to taste.
