Whisk egg whites on medium until frothy,add salt whip til stiff peaks form

In separate bowl sift together powdered sugar almond flour baking powder and all purpose flour

Fold dry ingredients zest and almond extract into bowl with egg whites. Press dough into pan evenly,wrap pan in plastic & freeze for 4 hours. Bake on 325. Cut into diamonds,toss each cookie into powdered sugar,bake 7-8 mins til lightly puffed and brown on edges.
