Ingredients

  • filling
  • 8 ozshredded corn beef
  • 6 ozshredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cupsauerkraut (rinsed and drained)
  • 15egg roll wrappers
  • 1vegetable oil for fying
  • 1/4 cuponion
  • dipping sauce
  • 3/4 cupthousand island dressing
  • 1/4 cupdusseldorf mustard
  • 1 tspminced onion
  • 1 tspminced garlic
  • 1 dashworcestershire sauce
  • 1 dashhot pepper sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    combine all dipping sauce ingredients and set aside. sauce is done.

  2. 2

    mix corn beef, cheese, sauerkraut and onion.

  3. 3

    put 2 tbsp in each egg roll wrapper. roll up and seal with your finger after dipping it in water.

  4. 4

    pour 1-2 inches of oil in a pan ( preferably with a lid so it does not splatter everywhere) and deep fry each roll 3-4 minutes or until golden.

  5. 5

    drain on a plate of paper towels

  6. 6

    eat with dipping sauce
