Saute the onion and garlic until fragrant

Add in the pumpkin and water altogether. Let it boil and until the pumpkin has softened.

Season with salt. Lower the heat and add in the coconut milk. Stir SLOWLY in ine direction, as the coconut milk is sensitive and you must be careful not to overcook the gravy.

Leave it to simmer gently for about 3-4 minutes.

Serve with rice and fish/ meat/ chicken.
