Heat 1/2 cup water in a kadai,add figs,add sugar & cook on medium flame for 7 to 10 mins.

When sugar dissolves add khoya,continue cooking till it's brown in colour

The mixture should be a little dry

Add ghee and elaichi powder mix well

Remove from heat

Pour in a greased tray

Cool and cut it in squares
