  4. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 1/4 tspground ginger
  6. 1 dashgarlic powder
  7. 2 tbsptoasted sesame seeds
  8. 1 1/2 tspsugar
  9. 1 1/2 tspvegetable oil
  10. 1 1/2 tspsesame oil
  11. 1/2 cupminced yellow pepper

    In bowl, mix pepper and carrots

    In separate bowl mix everything else well

    Pour liquid into carrots

    Mix well
