Butterfly the chicken breast, and slice the tomatoes, onions and mushrooms.

Sprinkle the bbq seasoning on the inside of the butterflied cut chicken.

With a basting brush, brush on some virgin olive oil on the inside with the seasoning

Heat up the sizzling pans, add the chicken breasts seasoned side down. After 2 minutes turn them over. Fry, turning them over every 2-3 minutes.

Add your sliced mushrooms to the fry pan and cook for 5 mins. As are frying, use the oil spray to stop it drying up. Or put a little virgin oil to cook.

Add the onions and fry for 3 mins.

Lastly add the tomatoes

When cooked, lift up the breasts and place some lettuce underneath the chicken.

Serve with salad and some fries .
