Ingredients

  • 200 mlsingle cream
  • 2eggs
  • Grated cheese
  • Bacon lardons/bacon cut up
  • Garlic puree
  • Salt and pepper
  • Pasta

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry off bacon

  2. 2

    In a jug mix the eggs and cream. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste

  3. 3

    To the bacon lardons add the cooked pasta and the cream/egg mix. Keep heat low

  4. 4

    Add in whatever cheese you fancy
