For Vegetable topping: finely chop all vegetables and add black salt and black pepper to it

Heat the tawa on high flame and keep bread slice butter spreaded on it

Once, medium toasted, invert it and make the gas on low flame.

Spread pizza topping, then vegetable topping and add grated cheese on it. Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper and salt.

Cover it with with lid and allow cheese to melt. It will take maximum 5 minutes to get cooked and will turn crispy.

You can also add capsicum, broccoli, zucchini, sundried tomato’s, basil leaves or bell peppers as vegetable toppings
