Take a bowl..

Add milk powder,rose water,flour, curd,puree in it and mix it well and make fine batter

Then take a wok

Add clarified butter in it..

When clarified butter become hot..put little batter in it..

Deep fry all malpuas on medium flame..

When it become golden brown..it's done..

Then take a cooker..

Add sugar and water in it,and boil it on medium..

And make 1tar sugar syrup..

Dip all malpuas in sugar syrup..
