Boil the spinach, bathua, methi, sarso, ginger, garlic, green chilli. boil saag ko thandha hone ke baad grind kar de.

Saute onion ko golden brown hone ke baad tomato add krne and saute karein then add peas and masala add kar le.

Then properly cook hone de. saag is ready. serve for butter.
