Bourbon cookies with milk chocolate and sea salt

Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.

Combine brown sugar, butter, egg, bourbon, and vanilla until smooth.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and combine.

Fold in chocolate, cover and chill for one hour.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Form dough into golf ball-sized rounds. Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cookies are set. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
