Steps

Marinate the meat the evening before or at least 3 hours before the preparation

Cut lemons and onions in circles

Cut meat in 1 inch pieces

Put lemons, onions and meat in layers in a dish. When putting meat, also add salt & pepper

Sprinkle lemon juice liberally
- 6
Put a lid or a plate on top of the bowl, press it down. Refrigerate
- 7
When ready to cook, place meat, onions and lemons on sticks. Grill until done
