Steps

Wash and clean the chicken and marinate it with onion ginger garlic paste for half an hour.

Cut the broccoli into large pieces and boil the vegetable s with a pinch of salt.

Pressure cook the chicken for ten minutes and allow the steam to get absorbed.

Add butter in a frying pan and add the boiled chicken together with the vegetables. Stir fry adding corn salt and sugar

Allow the broccoli to melt a beat and then toss up again adding a beat of butter.

Remove from the flame and serve topping up with Jasmine lime juice and pepper
