Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 500 gmsmedium sized boneless chicken
  2. 1large broccoli
  3. 1 bunchlettuce
  4. 1 cupunpeeled green peas
  5. 2 tbspnonion-ginger garlic paste
  6. 2 tbspnbutter
  7. 1large jasmine lemon
  8. to tasteSalt,
  9. to tastesugar & pepper
  10. 1 cupsweet corn

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and clean the chicken and marinate it with onion ginger garlic paste for half an hour.

  2. 2

    Cut the broccoli into large pieces and boil the vegetable s with a pinch of salt.

  3. 3

    Pressure cook the chicken for ten minutes and allow the steam to get absorbed.

  4. 4

    Add butter in a frying pan and add the boiled chicken together with the vegetables. Stir fry adding corn salt and sugar

  5. 5

    Allow the broccoli to melt a beat and then toss up again adding a beat of butter.

  6. 6

    Remove from the flame and serve topping up with Jasmine lime juice and pepper
