Take whip cream in a bowl

Take another bowl and mix egg yolk and Sugar powder in it with few drops of vanilla essence

Add this mixture in bowl containing whip cream

Now warm milk and add chocolate to it

Now mix all the mixtures in one bowl

Prepare an icing bag and fill it with the mixture prepared

Now it's ready for decoration and plating
