Ingredients

  • for marination
  • 500 gmChicken
  • 1 tbspginger-garlic paste
  • 2eggs beaten
  • 2-3 tbspChicken tandoori masala
  • 1 tbspeach- soya sauce,red & green chilli sauce
  • 2 tbspmaida
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • Oil for frying
  • For gravy-2 tbsp each - soya sauce,red & green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, schezwan sauce
  • 1 packetchings secret manchurian mix
  • 1Chopped capsicum
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 2-3garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 tbspcornflour dissolved in water
  • 1 cupspring onions

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl combine marinating ingredients & make a smooth paste.marinate chicken pieces in this mixture for atleat 10 hrs for good results.

    Heat oil in a kadhai & deep fry the chicken pieces on medium flame until done. Keep aside.

  3. 3

    Now in a kadhai heat oil. Add the chopped garlic & saute for few minutes. Add the chopped onion capsicum. Stir fry for few minutes.

  4. 4

    Mix all the sauces in a small bowl to a smooth paste.

  5. 5

    Add the chings secret manchurian mix, the sauce mix, and lil beat of water. Let the gravy simmer on low heat. Add the cornflour starch mix & stir well. Add the spring onions & mix well. Gravy is done. Remove from heat.

  6. 6

    Serve hot & crisp chicken with piping hot manchurian gravy.

    U can also toss the chicken pieces in the gravy & stir fry on high heat.
